Toi Hutchinson (Olympia Fields)

Senator Toi Hutchinson has represented the 40th District since 2009. During her time in office, Hutchinson has worked to improve the Illinois Business Tax structure and to improve the business climate in order to draw new jobs to the region. She has also helped to pass several bills that worked to improve the justice system, including measures that increase fines to those who take advantage of senior citizens and the disabled and new laws that help those who escaped from sex trafficking.

Hutchinson graduated with her bachelor's degree from the University of Illinois at Urbana and she currently resides at Olympia Fields, Illinois, with her husband Paul Hutchinson, with whom she has three children.
